99 Nights in the Forest Codes (December 2025)

99 Nights In The Forest Codes

Looking for 99 Nights in the Forest codes can feel as frustrating as surviving the actual game itself. Here’s the thing though this survival horror experience only recently added a codes system, so there aren’t many floating around yet. After spending way too many nights running from cultists and feeding that creepy deer, I’ve learned that every single diamond counts when you’re trying to unlock better classes.

The developers at Grandma’s Favorite Games surprised everyone by adding codes alongside the volcano event update. Before that, you had to grind or spend Robux to get anywhere. Now at least there’s a chance to score some freebies. I’ve been testing codes and tracking update patches since the volcano event patch dropped.

Working 99 Nights in the Forest Codes (December 2025)

Last Updated: December 1, 2025

Tested by Jacob – I checked the current status, and still, only two active codes are out there.

Active Code

  • afterparty – 15 Diamonds
  • happyhalloween – 10 Candy

Yes, that’s essentially the only functional code currently. It launched the game without a redemption system to begin with, and codes are still relatively recent. It seems the devs don’t want to give out too much free content, and honestly, it makes a lot of sense given how the in-game economy works.

Expired 99 Nights in the Forest Codes

Good news here, as the code system has just been incorporated in recent times, nothing has yet expired. When codes actually do expire, I’ll revise this section so you don’t spend time screwing around with dead codes.

How To Redeem 99 Nights In The Forest Codes

It’s a bit difficult to find the redemption menu, it took me some time to find it. Here’s the step-by-step process:

  1. Launch 99 Nights in the Forest and enter the matchmaking lobby
  2. Look for the Currency NPC – they’re standing behind a desk covered in diamonds
  3. Walk up and interact with the shopkeeper to open their menu
  4. You’ll see the diamond purchase screen pop up
  5. Click the small blue “Codes” button in the bottom-right corner
  6. Type your code into the text box
  7. Hit the green Submit button

Your diamonds should appear immediately in the bottom-left corner of your screen. The UI shows your current balance, so you’ll see it update right away if the code worked.

One strange thing is that while in the match, you can’t access the menu. You must be in the lobby section before initiating a game, which tends to catch a lot of players out.

What Diamonds Actually Do

Diamonds are the premium currency in 99 Nights in the Forest, and they’re way more valuable than you might think at first. You can’t just buy random stuff with them – they serve specific purposes that seriously impact your survival chances.

The Daily Class Shop is where most of your diamonds will go. Classes determine your special abilities and playstyle during matches. Some classes can heal teammates, others get movement bonuses, or better crafting abilities. Having multiple classes unlocked lets you adapt to different team compositions.

You can also use diamonds to reroll talents for classes you already own. Talents are random passive bonuses that make each class unique to your playstyle. If you get unlucky with your initial rolls, spending diamonds on rerolls can turn a mediocre class into something powerful.

The catch is that diamonds are incredibly scarce if you’re not spending Robux. That’s why even getting 15 free diamonds from codes makes a real difference, especially for newer players. Use the 99 Nights in the Forest diamond codes above to get some diamonds.

Tips to Get More Gems Without Codes

Since codes are rare right now, you need to make the most of what you’ve got. Focus on surviving longer matches instead of just rushing through nights. The further you progress, the more valuable items spawn in chests scattered around the forest.

Team up with other players, and you can survive longer. Communication matters – call out when you spot resources or enemies. I’ve seen coordinated teams survive way past night 20 while solo players struggle to make it past night 5.

Don’t waste your starting gems on random class unlocks. Research which classes synergize well with your playstyle first. Some classes work better for aggressive exploration, while others shine in defensive strategies.

The deer feeding mechanic seems annoying at first, but it’s actually manageable once you learn the spawn patterns. Keep crafted food ready and don’t ignore the hunger warnings. As you already know, it’s not easy to get 99 Nights in the Forest Codes, that’s why you should focus on gems.

Why Codes Are Rare

The game launched in early 2025 without any code system whatsoever. Players had to either grind for days or buy gem packs with Robux to unlock new content. The community pushed hard for codes, and the developers finally added the redemption menu during the volcano event update.

My guess is they’re testing the waters with codes. If they hand out too many diamonds, players might stop buying gem packs. Balancing free rewards with monetization is tricky, especially for smaller development teams.

Other popular horror games on Roblox, like DOORS, drop codes more frequently, but those games also have different monetization models. 99 Nights relies heavily on class purchases, so giving away too much premium currency could hurt their revenue. Unlike Pet Simulator 99 Codes, which tie code rewards strictly to physical merch, 99 Nights uses a lighter code economy with timed releases.

Where to Find New 99 Nights in the Forest Codes

The 99 Nights in the Forest Discord server is your best bet for catching new codes when they drop. Join the server and keep notifications on for the announcements channel. The developers post updates there first before anywhere else.

You can also follow the official Grandma’s Favorite Games Roblox group. They sometimes announce codes there alongside major game updates or milestone celebrations.

Social media accounts occasionally share codes during special events or when the game hits player count milestones. Following the dev team on Twitter or checking their posts weekly can pay off.

Bookmark this page since I update the code list whenever something new drops. Checking back weekly takes less effort than monitoring multiple platforms yourself.

Buying Diamonds vs Waiting for Codes

You can buy the survival kit game pass. It costs 299 Robux and will get you 20 gems with two classes, which is pretty good. If you are a long-term player, then it’s definitely worth it. The starting classes you get are useful throughout your entire playthrough.

Individual gem packs range from small bundles to large purchases. The value improves as you buy bigger packs, but they’re obviously pricier than codes.

My recommendation? If you’re enjoying the game after a few sessions, grab the Survival Kit. It gives you enough variety to experiment with different playstyles. Then, rely on codes and grinding to unlock additional classes over time.
